This User License Agreement provides the terms and conditions for making All Files Viewer available to you for your download and use. The software is an application that can be downloaded and used on your mobile phone. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS HEREIN, OR ACCESSING, VIEWING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. We may revise this User License Agreement at any time by posting the changes electronically on our app/website or by notifying you. Any modified terms shall apply to your use of the software without any further consent. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD ACCESS, VIEW OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
Grant of License

Description of Other Rights and Restrictions

Intellectual Property Rights
(a) Except for the limited access rights expressly granted in accordance with this User Agreement, all right, title and interest in and to the Software (including, without limitation, any images, photographs, clip art, libraries and examples contained in the Software) and any related The intellectual property rights of All Files Viewer will remain with All Files Viewer or its licensors, as applicable. (c) Nothing herein shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trade names, trademarks or service marks without our express prior written consent.
Third Party Materials and Components
The Software includes components, software, and libraries owned by third parties. Except for the terms of this User Agreement, your use of the Software is conditional on your compliance with the appropriate license agreements with respect to such third-party materials. You must comply with these terms, the terms set forth therein may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to inform yourself of the applicable terms. No promises or agreements have been made to you by such third parties.
Disclaimer
(a) All Files Viewer makes no warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, that the software product will: (A) meet your requirements; (B) operate uninterrupted; (C) achieve any expected results; (D) Error-free, (E) compatible with end-user systems, or (F) the results obtained using the software product are accurate or reliable. (b) Your access to and use of the Software Products and your reliance on the outputs, functions and services provided by the Software shall be at your own risk and All Files Viewer shall not be liable for any claims arising out of your reliance. (c) Except as expressly provided herein and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Files Viewer expressly disclaims any and all warranties with respect to the software to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This software and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express, customary or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising from the use or execution of the software shall be borne by the end user. (d) All Files Viewer expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to third party components provided with the software.
Indemnity End
User agrees to indemnify any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, suits, suits, costs, arising out of (i) your use of the Software, (ii) your breach of this User Agreement, and (iii) your breach of any third party knowledge Indebtedness or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with title to the use of or access to the Software or this User Agreement, or (iv) your violation of any applicable law.
Limitation of Liability

Termination

General
(a) Force Majeure: Under no circumstances shall All Files Viewer be liable for any acts beyond its control or for any force majeure. (b) Access: All Files Viewer makes no representation that the Products and their content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside the United States. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you or your visits in the United States or abroad. (c) Waiver: No waiver of any provision of this User Agreement shall be binding unless executed by Company in writing and notified to you. No waiver of any provision of this User Agreement shall be deemed or constitute a waiver of any other provision, and no waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver. (d) Severability: If any provision of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of this User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
